Dr. Uwe Hasekamp

Before founding Inscap, Uwe worked in senior positions for Munich Re, The Imagine Group, various reinsurance subsidiaries of GE Capital and Deutsche Bank. His 20 years experience covers a vast array of traditional and non-traditional risk transfer including run-off M&A, capital relief reinsurance, insurance linked securities and the design and reinsurance of innovative variable annuity products. Uwe is Managing Director of Inscap Advisors GmbH, the consulting entity of Inscap Solutions and he holds a doctorate in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Passau, where he published one of the first comprehensive studies on insurance securitization.

Andrea Hess

Before joining Inscap in 2016 Andrea was Head of Strategic Planning and Performance Management at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE. She worked in senior positions for Allianz SE and various Allianz Group companies, for HypoVereinsbank subsidiaries in Germany and France, and in consulting business. Her 20 years of experience comprise financial planning and performance management, capital steering and treasury, rating, introduction of risk management processes, investor relations and brand consulting.

Andrea has a degree in Business Administration from Passau University.

Dr. Heiko Frings

With a doctorate in mathematics and over 20 years practical experience in applied statistics and actuarial science, Heiko Frings is the backbone of Inscap’s advanced modeling capability. Before working as an independent consultant, Heiko held numerous senior level positions in reinsurance broking firms, including Chief Actuary at Guy Carpenter-Munich and Remetrica specialist at Aon Benfield. As well as helping insurers determine their solvency capital positions and optimize their reinsurance programs, Heiko regularly advises on product pricing and reserving issues.

Jason Fisher

With over 10 years experience in corporate finance and structured reinsurance, Jason Fisher has spent his career developing innovative capital management tools and risk transfer techniques for insurance companies. Jason began his career at USF&G Corporation in the USA working at the forefront of risk-based capital modelling, anticipating and applying the first NAIC formulas for P&C insurers. After earning an MBA in Analytic Finance from the University of Chicago, he moved to London to work in management consulting and in 2002 joined the Imagine Group in Dublin and Munich, where for many years he priced and structured complex non-traditional reinsurance contracts.

Cristina Méndez

Cristina leads Inscap Iberia’s business development activities. She has worked for over 20 years in the consulting, insurance and reinsurance industry with responsibilities for financial controlling, non-traditional reinsurance underwriting, quality projects and accounting. Her career path included positions with Accenture, GE Capital, AVIVA and Munich Re before she joined the Inscap team in 2014.

She holds an MBA from ICEA and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.

ICEA published her research „New Alternatives to Risk Transfer (ART)“ as a contribution to the Spanish insurance market, due to the clarity of the innovative solutions explanations.

Peter Schwabe

Peter is Managing Director of Coactor-Re GmbH, the broking entity of Inscap Solutions. Peter has 30+ years of experience in the reinsurance area. He held various underwriting positions at MunichRe, HannoverRe and FrankonaRe. He then worked in senior positions for broking companies as Guy Carpenter (Munich/Milano), Benfield and CooperGay.

His broad experience in reinsurance broking and reinsurance optimization, combined with his excellent network of insurance and reinsurance risk partners enables him to develop and execute bespoke solutions to the often complex demands of clients.

Peter has a degree in Business Administration from Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich.
